Chris Sheen
Chris attended the University of Nebraska and is a graduate of the United
States Marine Corps. Chris has a background of diverse professional experience including working as a catastrophe adjuster
for an independent adjusting firm with a national footprint, and an estimator and project manager in both the residential
and commercial construction industries. Chris has successfully completed the Vale National Property adjusting course. He has
received advanced training for property adjusting and has extensive knowledge of Xactimate. Chris has also handled all types
of personal line homeowner and commercial property damage losses, along with liability property damage claims.

Todd Parr
Todd graduated from the University of Nebraska at Kearney with a Bachelor
of Arts in Education. He worked for United Fire Group and Continental Western Group for the last 21 years as a Sr. Claims
Representative. During this time he was a multi-line adjuster. Todd has completed Vale National courses in Estimatics for
auto repair, Residential Building Damage Estimating, and Intermediate Casualty School from GAB Robins. Designations earned
are AIC, AIS, SCLA, and Fraud Claims Law Associate.

Gary Waggoner
Gary is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a B.S. in
life science. He began his adjusting career with Farmers Mutual of Nebraska in 1976 as a multi-line adjuster. In
1981, Gary became a casualty specialist; and in 1986, he became a district claims manager. Gary has
completed all of Farmers Mutual's training programs and has completed GAB's casualty and construction courses,
as well as Vale Tech's auto estimate course. He has been with West Nebraska Claims Service since
1991.
Scott Uehling
Scott is a graduate of the University of Nebraska – Lincoln
with a B.S. degree in Business Administration. He began his adjusting career with Farmers Mutual of Nebraska as a multi-line
adjuster in 1997 and later became a Senior Property Field Adjuster for American Family Insurance. Scott has completed Vale
National training courses in Residential Building Estimating and Auto Body appraisal.

Maul
Joe is a graduate of the University of Nebraska, Kearney with a B.S. in Business
Administration. He was a multi-line adjuster with Farmers Mutual for 8 years prior to joining West Nebraska Claims Service
in 2007. He has completed the Vale National Training Centers, Inc. course in Residential Building Damage Estimating
and has earned Senior Adjuster, AIC and CPCU designations.

Streff
Jim is a graduate of the University of Nebraska with a major in
American studies and cultural anthropology. From 1979 to 1986, he was employed by Farmers Mutual of Nebraska as
a claims adjuster and field supervisor. Jim was employed by St. Paul Fire & Marine Insurance from
1986 to 1991. He handled multi-line claims and was a field supervisor. Jim has completed the CPCU courses, in addition
to IIAA principles of insurance, Vale Tech's auto body appraisal school, GAB's property assessment
and liability courses.

Jon Gillen, Manager
Jon is a graduate of the University of Nebraska. He has a B.S.
in business administration and has done post-graduate work in business with a minor in insurance. Jon was employed
by Crocker Claims Service from 1977 to 1983 as a multi-line adjuster and has been with West Nebraska
Claims Service since December 1983. Jon is a licensed national flood adjuster and a licensed Wyoming adjuster.
Marvin Richard
Marv graduated from Chadron State College with a B.A. in business
administration and was a claims adjuster for GAB for four years. He was claims supervisor for Farmers Mutual of
Nebraska for twelve years. During this time, he supervised all property and casualty lines of insurance.
He also managed and trained adjusters and claims assistants. Marv has completed the estimatics course from Vale
National and intermediate property and casualty training from GAB Business Services, as well as their
basic adjuster school.

Louis is a graduate of
Chadron State College with a B.A. in business administration. From 1973 to 1984, he worked for Underwriters
Adjusting Company as an independent claims adjuster and later as a branch claims office manager. He has been with
Western Nebraska Claims Service since 1984. Louis has completed many insurance related courses, including
basic and advanced property and casualty courses, including basic and advanced property and casualty courses and Vale
Tech's building damage estimating course. Louis has been a continuously licensed Wyoming adjuster since 1981 and has lived
in Wyoming since 1984.
