Dean is a graduate of the University of Nebraska-Lincoln with a B.S. in Criminal Justice, and earned a masters degree from the University of Nebraska-Omaha in Public Administration. Prior to joining West Nebraska Claims Service, he worked for over 20 years as a multi-line adjuster and senior claims representative with Continental Western Group. Dean specializes in municipalities, large commercial properties, and liability investigations. Certification and training include Vale National Training in auto damage repair, and he has earned the SCLA and AIC designations.
